Baked Halibut 3
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
- ½ teaspoon(s) dill weed
- ¼ cup(s) butter
- ½ cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 3 pound(s) halibut steaks, 1 inch thick
- paprika

- ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
Place halibut in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine the sour cream, parmesan cheese, butter, dill weed, salt and pepper. Spoon over halibut. Cover and bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with paprika. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until fish flakes.
