Baked Halibut in Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 pound(s) halibut steak
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 tablespoon(s) whole-wheat pastry flour
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 2 teaspoon(s) prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon(s) canola or olive oil
- 4 onions, sliced (medium)

- 1 quart(s) boiling water with 1 T. lemon juice or white vinegar
In a saucepan or skillet, melt 2 T. of butter, add the flour and blend with a fork or whisk. Slowly add the milk while cooking over low heat, until the mixture thickens.
