Baked Honey-Raisin Brie

Ingredients

• Pear slices, assorted crackers
• 2 (8-ounce) Brie rounds
• ¼ cup orange liqueur
• 1 cup golden raisins
• 3 tablespoons honey

Microwave orange liqueur at HIGH 1 minute in microwave-safe bowl; add raisins, and let stand 5 minutes. Trim rind from top of Brie rounds, leaving a 1/2-inch border on tops.
