Ingredients

• 4 cups uncooked spiral pasta
• ¼ cup butter, cubed
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• 4 cups 2% milk
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
