1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2 In a saucepan over low heat combine all ingredients except for the fish. 3 Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. 4 Remove the bay leaf. 5 Place fish in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the fish. 6 Bake for 30-40 minutes.
