  • ½ lb ground veal
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ lb ground pork
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

    • 1 head cauliflower, separated into small florets
    • 1 large roasted red pepper, rinsed and patted dry (homemade or jarred)
