Baked Noodles

Ingredients

  • ¼ lb fine noodles
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (low fat is fine)
  • 1 cup sour cream (low fat is fine)
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 Cook noodles until tender and drain. 2 Mix all other ingredients (except paprika) in a med size bowl. 3 Add noodles and mix well (I use a pasta lifter). 4 Pour in a buttered casserole (or use Pam), sprinkle on paprika and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
