Baked Peaches with Golden Raisins


  • 6 firm ripe fresh peaches, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup California golden raisins
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon brown sugar

Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish; set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F. Measure brown sugar, butter, vanilla, honey, lemon juice and salt into 1-quart saucepan.
