Baked Penne with Broccoli and Three Cheeses
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 3 cups 1-inch broccoli florets
- 2 cups purchased marinara sauce
- 1 cup (packed) coarsely grated low-fat mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup low-fat ricotta cheese
