  • ¼ tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1-½ Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 slices bacon, cut into ¼-inch dice
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
