Balsamic Steak with Garlic Zucchini


  • ¾ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ½ pounds skirt steak, trimmed and cut into 4 pieces
  • Coarse salt and pepper
  • 3 medium zucchini, cut into thin half-moons
  • 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
