  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
