Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons dark rum
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 6 5/6 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 firm-ripe bananas
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    • ¼ cup apricot preserves

Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend crumbs, butter, 1/3 cup sugar, and salt in a food processor until mixture begins to hold together and pat onto bottom and up side of a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.
