Barley and Corn Salad with Basil Chive Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 33 tablespoons water
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick-cooking barley
- 1/3 cup fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons fresh chives
- 1 ½ tablespoons red-wine vinegar
