Barley Corn Salad
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) thinly sliced green onions
- 1 large tomato, peeled or unpeeled, chopped
- salt and pepper
- ¼ cup(s) fresh cilantro, minced
- 2 clove(s) garlic, peeled
- 3 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup(s) olive oil

- 1 cup(s) barley (instant)
- 2 cup(s) fresh corn, cut of cob (3 or 4 medium ears of corn)

- DRESSING:
