Ingredients

  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 2 cups mushroom broth
  • 12 ounces green beans, trimmed and sliced ½ inch thick on the bias
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 12 ounces white or cremini mushrooms, stemmed and sliced ¼ inch thick
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 cup finely chopped red onion
    • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 1 cup pearl barley
