  • 1 (1/4-ounce) package instant yeast
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cups warm water (105° to 110°)
  • Choucroute Tumble
  • 6 cups bread flour, divided
  • Grilled bratwurst or chorizo
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 2 tablespoons dried oregano leaves

Combine yeast, sugar, and water in bowl of an electric stand mixer; let stand 5 minutes.
