Basic Asian Broiled Tofu
Ingredients
- Steamed "white":/recipes/27496 or "brown":/recipes/29186 rice, for serving
- ¼ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 green onion, sliced thinly on the bias
- 14 ounces firm or extra-firm tofu, sliced into 1-inch-by-2-inch rectangles
- ½ pound medium carrots, peeled, cut in half lengthwise, then in half again widthwise
- Freshly ground black pepper
- + 2 more ingredients

- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
