Ingredients

1 cup low-fat 1% milk
1 cup all-purpose flour (about 4 1/2 ounces)
2 teaspoons sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons butter, melted
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup water

Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a small bowl. Combine milk, water, melted butter, and eggs in a blender.
