Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons light rum
  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup long-grain white rice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 ½ cups whole milk
