Ingredients

  • ½ cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 tablespoons light rum
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 ½ cups whole milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
    • 1 cup whipping cream
