Ingredients

  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons self-rising cornmeal mix
  • ½ cup salsa
  • Tomato slices
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • 8 whole-grain buns
    • 1 carrot, grated
    • 2 teaspoons olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • Adobo Mayonnaise
    • Lettuce
    • Salsa
    • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained

Sauté first 4 ingredients in hot olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until onion is tender.
