  • 1 can(s) bottle of beer (dark beers are best)
  • 2 cup(s) Bisquick

Add beer to Bisquick. Mix only until you have a thick, heavy batter. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° until brown on top. Brush with butter and add a pinch of salt and/or favorite spices
