Beer Bread


  • 1 can(s) beer - at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 3 cup(s) flour - self rising

Add all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well by hand. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes. Then 325° F for 30 more minutes. Top does not brown. Last 10 minutes of baking, brush margarine across the top.
