Beer Crackers Topped with Garlic and Three Cheeses

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 2 envelopes dry yeast
  • 4 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
    • 3 ¼ cups all purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • ¼ cup white cornmeal
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 1 ¼ cups warm water (105°F to 115°F)

1. Place 1 1/4 cups warm water in large bowl. Sprinkle yeast and sugar over; stir to blend. Let stand until yeast dissolves, about 10 minutes. Mix in cornmeal, oil and salt. 2.
