Beet Jelly 2


  • 2 boxes Sure-Jell or pectin
  • ½ cup(s) Real Lemon Juice
  • 8 cup(s) sugar
  • 6 cup(s) beet juice
  • 1 box(es) flavored Jello (6 ounce box)

Wash your beets, peel and cut up, then cover with water. Cook until tender. Remove beets. Bring beet juice to boil, add lemon juice and Sure-Jell. Bring to a hard boil. Add sugar and Jello flavoring. Stir good. Bring back to a rolling boil. Boil 6 minutes. Ski and pour into canning jars and seal....
