Beet Jelly 3


  • 12 beets
  • 8 cup(s) water
  • 7 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 package(s) raspberry Kool-Aid
  • 2 boxes Sure-Jell

Cook beets until skins slip off. Cut up fine; add 8 c. water and cook until beets are almost white. Use 6 1/2 cups beet juice and 2 boxes Sure-Jell. Bring to a boil and add 2 packages raspberry Kool-Aid. Put in jars and seal.
