Beet Pickles 2


  • Beets
  • 1 cup(s) water or water drained from beets
  • 3 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) all -purpose salt
  • 2 cup(s) vinegar
  • spices to taste

Boil tender beets, peel and cut up as desired. Bring to a boil water, sugar, salt, vinegar and spices to taste. Add beets to this and bring to a good boil. Fill into jars and seal.
