Ingredients

  • Contents of a few probiotic capsules (from gelatin caps)
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • ½ cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
