Berry Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 t baking powder
  • ½ t baking soda
  • 1 ½ c all purpose flour
  • ½ t almond extract
  • 1 ½ t vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c sugar
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 2 T vegetable oil
    • ¼ c butter, softened
    • 1 c raspberries
    • 1 c blueberries
    • 1 c blackberries
    • 1/3 c firmly packed brown sugar
    • 2 T butter, melted
    • Cooking spray
    • ¼ t salt
    • 1 1/3 c reduced-fat buttermilk
