  • ½ pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
