Best Ever Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup(s) blueberries, rinsed and drained
  • 1 butter, melted (¼ lb ½ cup )
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1 cup(s) buttermilk
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 ½ teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 ½ cup(s) all-purpose flour

Sift dry ingredients together into large bowl. Make a well; add buttermilk, eggs and butter. Mix well. Fold in blueberries. Fill well greased muffin tins half full and bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 2 dozen muffins.
