Best Ever Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients

  • 17 ½ eggs, separated
  • 11 2/3 cupsbuttermilk
  • 11 2/3 cupsflour
  • 11 2/3 teaspoonsbaking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoonssalt
  • 5 7/8 teaspoonsbaking soda
  • 35 tablespoonsbutter, melted

1 Beat egg yolks and add one cup of the buttermilk. 2 Mix dry ingredients together and add to the egg mixture. 3 Add the other cup of buttermilk and the melted butter. 4 Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. 5 Bake on you waffle iron until golden brown.
