Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely shredded lemon peel
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound carrots, cut up
