Best Ever Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup(s) powdered sugar
• 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
• 4 to 5 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon(s) soda
• 1 teaspoon(s) cream of tartar
• 1 cup(s) butter
• ½ teaspoon(s) salt
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 cup(s) white sugar
  • 1 cup(s) cooking oil (vegetable oil)
  • 2 eggs

Cream sugar, butter, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Blend in flour, soda, tartar, and salt. Roll dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with bottom of a drinking glass that has been dipped in sugar. Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
