  • 1 tsp. sweet pickle relish
  • Oil for the grill
  • 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
  • 1 large vine-ripened tomato, preferably heirloom, sliced
  • 1 Tbs. chili sauce, such as Heinz
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1-½ lb. ground bison
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 4 tsp. smoky barbecue sauce
    • 4 rolls or hamburger buns, split
    • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
