Bison Strip Steaks with Brandy Pan Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup brandy
- 1 large shallot, minced
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
