Bisquick Quiche

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• ¾ cup Bisquick
• 3 eggs
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
• 1 red onion, chopped
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 1 (7 ¾ ounce) can spinach, drained very well
  • 1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
