  • ¾ cup(s) heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon(s) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch(s) salt
  • ¼ cup(s) sugar
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 2 ounce(s) bittersweet chocolate
