  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
