BJ's Salsa

Ingredients

• 3 clove(s) garlic
• 1 can(s) crushed tomatoes (28 ounce can)
• ½ cup(s) onion diced
• 2 jalapenos- seeded and diced
• 1 Serrano pepper - seeded and diced
• ½ bunch(s) cilantro- chopped
• 1 teaspoon(s) sea salt
• + 1 more ingredients
• • 1 teaspoon(s) lime juice (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor- blend well. Can be served hot or cold- Serve with chips. Note- Serrano peppers are hotter than jalapenos- Adjust recipe to your liking- mild (do not add Serrano), medium (recipe as is), hot (add 2 Serrano's).
