Black and Blue Mussels


  • Parsley, rough chopped
  • pinch of sea salt and black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter, split
  • 1 teaspoon ground corriander
  • Zest and juice of one orange
  • 2 shallots sliced
  • 6 ounces Blue Moon Beer

    • 1 pound mussels rinsed and cleaned
