Black and White Brownies

Ingredients

• ¾ cup sugar
• ¹/₃ cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup white chocolate chips (6 oz.)
• ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• 2 large eggs
• ¼ teaspoon baking soda
