Black Bean & Corn Salad Salsa

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cup(s) fresh or frozen sweet corn kernels
• 6 Roma tomatoes
• 2 chopped scallions
• 1 chopped red pepper
• 1 tablespoon(s) chopped jalapeno pepper
• 6 tablespoon(s) olive oil
• 4 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
• + 12 more ingredients
• • 2 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped garlic or minced garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • ½ teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1 - 15 ounce cans black beans drained and rinsed
  • 6 tablespoon(s) chipped fresh cilantro
  • 4 tablespoon(s) orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt

Mix all ingredients together - Chill! Serve with regular or lime tortilla chips.
