Black Beans and Rice Your Way
Ingredients

- fresh cilantro sprigs
- 1 pound sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 ¼ cups Kemp's black beans
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds (also called pepitas)
