Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
• 1 cup(s) cold water
• ¹/₃ cup(s) oil
• ¼ cup(s) baking cocoa
• 1 teaspoon(s) soda
• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
