Black Cherry Jello Mold


  • 2 package(s) black cherry Jello (3 ounce pkgs)
  • 2 cup(s) boiling water
  • 1 cup(s) cold water
  • 1 cup(s) reserved cherry juice
  • 1 cup(s) bing cherries, pitted
  • 1 can(s) Crushed Pineapple
  • ½ package(s) Knox unflavored gelatin (for extra firmness)

Spray mold with Pam. Dissolve 2 packages of Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add cherry juice, cherries, pineapple, gelatin. Pour into mold. Refrigerate. I like to make this a day ahead so it will be well set. Delicious!
