Black Eyed Peas and Rice
Ingredients
- green onion - chopped for garnish
- 4 slice(s) bacon
- 1 onion - chopped
- 2 clove(s) garlic - minced
- 2 cup(s) cooked brown or white rice
- 1 cup(s) dry black eyed peas
- ¼ cup(s) red wine vinegar
