  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 36 dark sweet cherries, pitted and halved

    • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
    • 1 1/3 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (about 9 1/2 cookie sheets)
    • 2 cups pitted dark sweet cherries
    • 1 ¼ cups sugar
    • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
    • 2 large eggs
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
    • Crust:
    • ½ cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 1 (8-ounce) block fat-free cream cheese, softened
    • Filling:
    • ½ cup semisweet chocolate minichips
