Black Friar’s Pint


  • 0.75 ounce(s) Lustau East India sherry
  • Ice
  • dash(es) of Angostura bitters
  • 1 teaspoon(s) agave nectar
  • pinch(s) of ground cinnamon
  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 ounce(s) gin
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 ounce(s) Cardamom-Cinnamon Guinness

In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the cinnamon. Shake well. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled flute and garnish with the cinnamon.
