Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 2.75 ounces all-purpose flour (about 2/3 cup)
  • 1.5 ounces whole wheat flour (about 1/3 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 cup 2% reduced-fat milk

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk until blended. Let stand 30 minutes. 2. Preheat oven to 375°. 3.
